Helping wildlife

by helping the people

Living together elephants is an important focus of our work on human / wildlife coexistence.
Initially in SO Asia, we are now working on this topic in some regions of Kenya. However, our activity is not limited to elephant areas, but we are also active in regions that lie between or around elephant areas to explore ways in which nature and species protection in the rural village communities could re-foot and future networking corridors could be created.
Our Food Forest Village Project in the Lumakanda region is located between the elephant population of Mount Elgon and Kenya's last inland rainforest, Kakamega Forest.

Our mobile environmental school will operate in the elephant regions of southern Kenya and later also northern Tanzania.
